Ordering and Pick up/Delivery

Custom Orders:
-Orders must be placed a minimum of a week prior to the date of the event.
-A non refundable deposit of half of the total cost is due upon ordering, unless the pick up is within a week, in which case the total is due upon ordering.
**All price quotes are firm, unless adjustments to the design are made**
-The remainder of the balance is due one week prior to date of pick up/delivery
-If full payment is not received a week prior to the order, Sweet Dreams holds the right to refuse order and any money paid is forfeited.
-Once your order has been picked up or delivered, Sweet Dreams holds no responsibility to the order.
-It is recommended that cakes larger than 2 tiers be delivered by Sweet Dreams. If you choose to pick up, you are accepting the challenges and responsibility that may come when transporting a large cake.

Delivery:
Delivery is available Saturday and Sunday, for an additional fee of $1 per mile, roundtrip from 20910 zipcode.
Week day delivery, after 5pm is subject to availability and, if available, is an additional fee of $2 per mile round trip.

Other Dessert Orders:
-Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to pick up/delivery day
-Total amount is due upon placing order
-Once your order has been picked up or delivered, Sweet Dreams holds no responsibility to the order.

Payments and Refunds

Payment Methods:
-You will receive an invoice once order has been confirmed.
-The deposit will be due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your date.
-All of the details pertaining to your order will be provided in the invoice, please ensure to review them before paying.
-Any changes have to be agreed upon with ample notice and may result in a price adjustment.
-There is a 4% processing fee added to payments made through the invoice.
-To avoid this fee, payments may be made through Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash App.

Refund policy:
-Deposits given are non refundable.
-If you have to cancel or reschedule, you can apply the the deposited amount towards a future order within 60 days.
-Once the total is paid, no refund will be given if canceled less than a week before agreed upon pick up or delivery day. A credit may be issued minus any relevant supply or ingredient cost.
-If canceled greater than a weeks time, you may receive a refund and/or have the amount applied to a future order within 60 days. 

Cake Tastings and Weddings

Cake Tastings:
-Tastings are available to anyone, regardless if you order a cake or not.
-Two options are available; in person or to go box
-In person tastings must be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. To go tastings must be ordered at least a week in advance and all are subject to availability 
-Each tasting is $25 and is enough for 2 people.
-Each tasting consists of 3 cake flavor choices and 6 filling/buttercream choices
-Unlimited number of tasting boxes can be ordered (if available) to try several flavors
-If you choose to book, $25 maximum is deducted from your order, over $300, regardless of how many tastings were ordered
-The tasting credit will not be deducted from orders under $300.

Weddings:
-You are not required to have a tasting or consultation to book a wedding
-Weddings cannot not be booked more than 6 months in advance
-We highly advise wedding orders to be delivered to ensure safe transport
-If you have a large tiered cake, a set up fee may be charged as the cake will be delivered in pieces and assembled on site
-Any flowers added are charged at cost. An estimated price will be given and if the cost is less, the difference will be refunded
-Your florist may provide flowers for the cake however, there will be a decor fee added to allow time at delivery to add/arrange the flowers
-The tasting policy above applies to wedding tastings
